Christmas Caroling

Do you enjoy Christmas carols and caroling? They are definitely among my favorite things about this season! I listen to them pretty much all day every day throughout the month of December. During really tough times in my life, I have even listened to them as early as July -- LOL! There is just something amazing about this kind of music to me. It lifts my spirits like few other things can. From the spiritual songs that paint a picture of the first Christmas, to the outright silly ones about Santa and reindeer and what-not, I love them all. So naturally it wouldn't seem right to me to not make a few digis and Christmas cards about caroling!

This first card was made by designer NanaConnie using the caroling penguin image from the "Christmas Cuties" set. The way she laid this out gives it, I think, the feel of a sweet, old-fashioned ornament. The lace and bows give it such warmth, despite the snowy scene!

Here is another, made with the "Caroling Snowman" set. The way I see it, if we can sing about snowmen, then snowmen can sing, too! :-)

  1. Deedee I agree that Connie's card has the look of an ornament. I really like the lace with the burgundy and blue. Your next card is just precious. The image is darling and I like the yellow outlining it to really bring it out. That paper is lovely and the buttons are just the perfect touch. Enjoy your day.

  2. These little carolers are adorable! I love the different color schemes on each card, and I love to sing carols. I mean with a name like Carol, how could I not? :)
