Butterfly Sympathy

This week we are sponsoring a few different challenges, including the one at Tuesday Throwdown. (For a complete list of challenges we are currently sponsoring, please take a peek at our right sidebar.) Do stop over there and play along for a chance to win some of our digis, and to see the spectacular creations that their Design Team have made to inspire you!

Today's share was made by  Stephanie Wright for this challenge. The theme of this week's challenge is "Butterflies and Bows" -- so sweet! Stephanie used an image from the "Fluttering By" set, along with a sentiment from the "Rose Regards" set to create this. Stephanie colored the image beautifully, don't you think? I especially love the glittery touches she added to the butterfly wings, and the fun pearls at the ends of its antennae! Combined with her lovely layered papers and that marvelous bow, this makes a very elegant sympathy card. Although I know we all hate to make sympathy cards, they are very appreciated by the recipients in their times of need, especially when so much obvious care is put into their creation!

  1. Hello Deedee. This is so pretty and lovely colours too. Love the papers and that stunning bow too, it really shows off that fabulous butterfly.
    Happy crafting.
    Love Sandra xx
